I want you to love your garment, but I understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and I’m always happy to work with you on an exchange if possible.
If you do need a refund, please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and a 10% inconvenience fee will apply. Refunds will only be issued once the garment has been received and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- It must be within 7 days of purchase.
- The garment must be unworn, not damaged, and properly cared for (i.e., no incorrect washing or heavy wear).
